On March 9, 2026, a coordination meeting was conducted with the Principal, Faculty and Staff of Don Florencio Villafranca Memorial National High School. The activity aimed to formally present the proposed project spearheaded by the Project Head 𝗟𝗲𝗼𝗻𝗲𝗹 𝗦. 𝗙𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗲𝘀 providing an overview of its objectives, implementation plans and expected outcomes for both the school and the partner community.

During the meeting, a planning session was also carried out in preparation for the upcoming community assessment to be conducted in Barangay Cabadiangan. The discussion focused on outlining the necessary steps, identifying roles and responsibilities and strengthening coordination among stakeholders to ensure the smooth and effective conduct of the assessment.

The meeting highlighted the importance of collaboration and partnership between the institution and the community in promoting responsive and sustainable project. The active participation and support of the school administration, faculty members and staff further reinforced the commitment to achieving the goals of the proposed initiative.
