On January 23, 2024, the 94th Infantry Battalion (94IB), together with the Local Government Unit of Himamaylan City, led a Medical Mission in Barangay Buenavista to provide much-needed health and social services to local residents.

HBONI participated in the Medical Mission, “Handog Serbisyo para sa Pamilyang Himamaylanon,” held at Cantupa Integrated School. The activity aimed to bring accessible and people-centered services closer to the community, especially to families with limited access to healthcare.

The mission was made possible through the collaboration of various partner agencies and organizations, including the City Social Welfare and Development Office (CSWDO), Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), City Health Office (CHO), Department of Education (DepEd), Local Youth Development Council (LYDC), Himamaylan Peer Helpers, Barangay Buenavista led by Hon. Raymundo Tongson III, Youth for Peace, and JL Consultants & HRM Services.

Through this unified effort, residents benefited from medical assistance and social services while strengthening partnerships among stakeholders committed to improving community welfare and supporting Himamaylanon families.
