Strengthening their commitment to help communities devastated by Typhoon Tino, the Hope Builders Organization Negros Island Inc. (HBONI), in partnership with the 94th Infantry Battalion, Brigada News FM Kabankalan, Quirino G. Manzano Memorial National High School, and other local organizations, carried out the second wave of relief distribution in Barangay Bulad, Isabela on November 11, 2025.

The joint initiative provided much-needed assistance to families still enduring the aftermath of the massive floods. The team distributed over 30 water containers, 80 packs of rice, and sacks of clothing, aiming to ease the daily struggles of the affected residents.

Community members expressed deep gratitude for the continued help, sharing that many are still in the process of cleaning and restoring their homes after the disaster. This effort reflects the mission to extend support to the community.
The second wave of relief operations underscores the spirit of bayanihan and unity among civic groups, the military, and media partners in reaching the most affected areas of southern Negros.

The initiative was made possible through the collaboration of several partner organizations, including: Central Philippines State University – Supreme Student Government, 100.5 CPSU Radyo Muscovado Sweet FM, Brigada News Kabankalan, Alpha Sigma Phi Organization, Brgy. Tagukon SK Council, Art Relief Mobile – Bacolod, Panyam-is, Pag-asa Youth Association of the Philippines – Inayawan, CPSU Graduate School, CPSU SAS, Frezh Water Station, CPSU CWTS, Otirasor, Marzland Boarding House, 94th Infantry Battalion, Aquaritz, L.N. Agustin Farms Inc., Little Hummingbirds in Action Foundation, and Bus Stop Café.
